Just put the new BBC One Ident up on the site - a nice blend of music and sound design which involved a field recording session at Spurs Football Club. It's the latest in the family of BBC One Idents that you can't miss. if you're qatching BBC One.
Also our Official BBC World Cup Theme Tune "Rainbow Nation" is out on iTunes :)

Watch out tonight on BBC One for their new channel ident as well as the BBC World Cup theme, both of which have been written and produced by Soviet Science.
Being aired this evening for the first time before the Uruguay v France World Cup game at 8.30pm, the new BBC One ident will run as part of the constantly evolving family of BBC One idents.
Also, throughout all of the BBC TV and radio coverage of the World Cup, you will hear the soundtrack that Soviet Science produced the music for - 'Rainbow Nation' by The Dallas Guild World Cup Team.
Enjoy the game and I hope you think of Soviet Science when you hear the music. We hope you like it.

After working with a South African choir in their native tongue of Xhosa and bringing in the talents of The Dallas Guild we are proud to announce that we've produced the music for the BBC World CupTheme 2010. The 60" version went out live for the first time on Sunday on Match Of The Day on BBC1. Prepare to hear it across BBC Radio and TV throughout the run up and during the coverage of the World Cup 2010 :) Video to follow soon,

Happy New Year all. We hope you enjoyed the festivities. We're back - trudging through the snow - and currently working on sound design and music projects for two London agencies. Hello. Welcome to the new site. Here's where we show you some new music and sound design work we've written and produced in the world of commercials.
We've been busy making big luscious Orchestral and Classic Rock pieces in the U.S. for the likes of Chevrolet and Cadillac and Indie Pop, Synth Pop and Folk in the U.K for McVities, Kia and Simple.
We've also just got back from supporting MGMT and LCD Soundsystem at The Heineken Music Conference in Tel Aviv, Israel. We had an amazing time. You can see some photos here.

We have moved to a fine new studio in North London and can reveal the new promo for the band we're part of. Here's The Dallas Guild's "Burn". The promo was directed by Action Stations in Old St, London and we're chuffed with the result. Take a look below.
